The finish decides the price band. The state of your existing floor decides where in that band you land. We grade it honestly at survey and the price is fixed from that point.

Tinned garage paint goes onto the surface of the concrete. That surface is laitance, a weak dusty skin only loosely attached to the slab beneath it, so hot tyres pull the paint away and take the laitance with it. That is why painted floors lift in patches within a year or two, always starting where the car sits.
We diamond grind that layer off under vacuum extraction, repair cracks and joints, and prime the exposed concrete so the resin bonds into it. Every one of the prices above includes that work. Expect ten to twenty years and more from the result.

Yes, completely. The whole floor has to be clear for grinding and for the resin to be laid in one continuous pass. Part-clearing means part-coating and a visible join you will always notice.
